Amy Paluso
Hello, I'm Amy Paluso, a Career & Wellness Coach with an MBA and specialized training in whole-person wellbeing, including nutrition, sleep, and stress resilience. I help busy professionals nourish their potential and thrive in their health, mindset, and careers.
As a mom and former corporate leader, I know firsthand what it’s like to juggle deadlines, family needs, and your own wellbeing. I’ve navigated burnout, parenthood, and the messy, very real work of trying to feel like myself again in the middle of it all. Through those experiences, I learned that prioritizing yourself isn’t selfish, it’s foundational. And when we stop running on empty, everything in our lives shifts.
My daughter’s journey with severe food intolerances broadened my understanding of whole-person wellness. Supporting her through complex dietary and lifestyle changes while also navigating my dad’s health challenges while also managing my own stress and career taught me that balance isn’t something you ‘arrive at,’ but something you create through intentional choices. Moving through all of this at once showed me the power of compassion, adaptability, and care. These are the same qualities I bring to my work.
Before coaching, I spent years as an IT Project Manager, leading teams through some very complex initiatives across diverse industries. Those experiences shaped the holistic, evidence-based approach I bring to my clients. I am as committed to helping people protect their energy and wellbeing as I am to supporting their clarity, confidence, and fulfillment in their careers.
My coaching philosophy is simple: no one-size-fits-all plans, no perfectionism, and no pushing yourself to the point of depletion. I help clients build resilience, self-trust, and practical habits that support the full picture of who they are, not just their job title or their to-do list.
Outside of coaching, I stay active through the movement I love and recharge by spending time with my husband, daughter, and our two energetic dogs. Yoga, Pilates, strength training, curating the perfect playlist, experimenting with new recipes, getting lost in a great book, and soaking up long beach days all keep me grounded and joyful, the same qualities I help my clients cultivate.
